Dual-channel design offers two different angles

Flip over the Precision Fret Beveling file to be greeted with two deep-channel cuts in the underside of the handle — the key to the B-File’s versatility. Each channel is cut at a different angle (23° or 3°), and with the turn of a couple of screws, you can remove the file from either slot and switch over to the alternate angle. City Music’s luthiers appreciate how the metal file sports a different level of abrasion on each side, which can be easily accessed by unscrewing the file, flipping it over, then reinstalling it back into the handle.
