Return Policy
All products once sold are non-returnable. Exceptions will be made for products that are found to be faulty (due to manufacturing defects only) and should be reported to us via email, [email protected] within 3 days upon purchase or acceptance of delivery. Please describe the fault of the product and include your proof of purchase, warranty cards with the date of purchase and serial number (if applicable). Our representative will be able to assist you.
Exchange policy
Products, once sold are non-exchangeable with the following exceptions of 1) Wrong products are delivered; i.e. products received are different from what was stated on the invoice, or 2) Products found to be faulty due to manufacturer’s defects only.
A one-to-one exchange will be made for the same product if the above mentioned conditions are met and reported to us via email, [email protected] within 3 working days upon purchase or acceptance of delivery. Please describe the fault of the product and include your proof of purchase, warranty cards with the date of purchase and serial number (if applicable).

Pre-Order Refund policy
Can I refund my pre-order?
Pre orders are not refundable, unless under special circumstances
If refund for pre-orders is approved, you may not be able to refund back the full amount that paid as there will be a ~3% administrative charge.
Warranty terms and conditions
City Music Co Pte Ltd warrants its products to be free from manufacturer’s defect in workmanship and materials, and at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use which includes free labour or parts covered during the warranty period unless otherwise stated.
Products with warranty will be issued with City Music’s official warranty card with the stated duration of warranty according to manufacturers’ warranty terms.
For warranty service, customers are required to send in their faulty equipment to our retail showroom for fault assessment together with the warranty card and the original receipt as proof of purchase.
Warranty is only valid for products purchased from City Music Co Pte Ltd and its authorised resellers in Singapore.
The following forms of anomalies or misuse to the product will not be covered by this warranty – cosmetic damage such as enclosure scratches, dents, hard knocks or impact, breakage, exposure to water, liquid or extreme temperatures and humidity, not used in accordance with the instructions provided by the equipment manufacturer, including damages and burns due to the use of third party accessories , wrong power adapter, battery leakage, fire, flood, lightning, accidents or any acts of nature or external causes.
City Music Co Pte Ltd reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of its warranty policy at its own discretion.
