Once your application is successful, our sales representative will walk you through the commission structure during your onboarding meeting. This will provide you with a clear understanding of your earning potential and how the rates are applied.

Earnings and sales will be tracked with the unique affiliate code issued to you, and your commissions will be calculated based on completed sales made with this code. This ensures accurate tracking of your payouts and progress. You may request for your sale log from your dedicated sales representative.

Once a sale is completed, the process will take approximately 5-7 working days, after delivery. Payments will then be made via PAYNOW or bank transfer, depending on your selected payment method.

Yes, you can promote other brands after joining the City Music Teacher-Affiliate Program. We encourage you to explore and share products that best resonate with your students. We do recommend highlighting and recommending KORG products whenever applicable.

No, there is no minimum sales requirement. If your accumulated commission amount breaches $300 it will be automatically be transferred to your given payment details.

No, this program is private and only available to a select group of trusted potential affiliates. Discretion is advised and prioritised on our end to protect our affiliates and associates.
