Job Description:
Provide premium customer service, product knowledge and expertise to customers
To effectively recommend, promote and sell musical instruments and products
To participate in sales & marketing events, roadshows etc, as and when required
To present and demonstrate products to customers at showroom and events
To assist in loading/ unloading of goods and arrangement of merchandise in showroom
Ensure stock accuracy and replenish when required
Manage retail showroom's daily operations and upkeep sales floor cleanliness
Ensure products and displays are consistently well-presented
To acheive monthly sales target set
Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
Must be able to play guitar/ bass and or keyboard. An in-depth knowledge of various musical instruments will be advantageous

The Digital Content Specialist will be part of the in-house production team to capture, produce and edit videos and other multimedia content in order to showcase stories about the brand value, increase awareness of company-wide initiatives and staff efforts to regularly engage the company’s audiences. The Digital Content Specialist is required to have advanced skills in content planning, video production and creative editing with a fine eye for storytelling.
Job Description:
Create and develop multimedia (photo/audio/video) social media content, brand marketing videos and to support enterprise-wide projects on public education
Script, storyboard, art direction, allocating resources, set deadlines and work on optimal modes of media channels for amplification
Work independently, as well as part of a team to achieve project deliverables
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content
Plan photo and video shoots
Develop production schedules
Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media
Manage photo, video library and will need to be in charge of the production equipment
Use analytics to help understand perception gaps to curate content
Job Requirements:
1.3 years experience in Photo and video production
1-3 years professional directing & editing experience with digital media communications experience
Photo and Video production includes familiarity with DSLR cameras, various HD and SD formats, pre-production/planning, studio and field production, lighting/grip, scriptwriting, storyboarding and photography
Post-production entails digital video editing, still and motion graphics design, and video compression for multiple delivery platforms
Expert level knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
Meticulous with strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, positive attitude & experience working with other departments and external vendors
